Very funny!

Note to self: no funny faces for the camera or else Jared *will* post them…

Pixelpost on Sep 30th, 2007Monochrome Moma

Yesterday I was doing some pet photography for my Mother. After shooting the cats, the dogs and a couple of the chickens, she started making some faces into my camera so I shot her also. I told her I was going to put this photo up, I don’t think she believed me.

Pixelpost on Sep 29th, 2007Reflections on Sky

This one is a a reflection of last weeks beautiful sky in the almost still waters at Greenway farm. This is my sixth favorite from that trip, however, some other people seem to like it much more than I.

Well, *I* like it! You may need to tilt your head for the full effect, but the big leaf looks like a star, which is pretty cool, in this woman's opinion.

Pixelpost on Sep 28th, 2007Fallen Leaf

This was a still life of a fallen leaf from last week’s trip to Greenway farm. I like the stillness of the photo. However, there is something I feel is missing - perhaps the absence of that illusive ineffable quality makes this a better photo, perhaps not.

Beautiful!

I was driving to work this morning and I noticed that some of the leaves are starting to change into brilliant shades of orange, red and yellow. And I thought "I wish Jared could take photos of these!" :)

Pixelpost on Sep 27th, 2007Last of the Green Hills

This is the last of the green hill photos from last Friday’s adventure at Greenway farm. There are still two more pictures that I might post but they are not of the green hill/blue sky variety.

Pixelpost on Sep 26th, 2007Around the bend

This is part of one of the trails at Greenway Farm. The sun was a little warmer than I was expecting when I was out, but I found a shortcut and got back into the shade. To the left is natural brush that is being encouraged to grow the way it should have been naturally.

Beautiful! I love this picture.

I love, love, love this one. The sky last Friday was breath taking and it exposed very nice. The grass has not been very green after our dry hot sumer but a gentle nudge makes a world of difference. I didn’t use a polarizer on this but I did use a digital technique that is somewhat similar.

Wouldn’t it be nice to hang out at the farm house on a nice almost fall day!
