Last Thursday I went to the Chattanooga Aquarium with Lesley. I mostly wanted to see the penguins since they are the newest exhibit. I think they were tired though. They didn’t do much of anything. Mostly they looked at the back wall. The waves in their water splashed water droplets all the way up the glass. The water droplets made trying to get a good picture a little more difficult. I had a lot of fun though. I plan on going back by myself and walking through very slowly taking pictures. The next day we went to Aretha Frankenstein’s for lunch and it was wonderful. I strongly suggest the Been Burrito Philly Style. Friday we also went to the Hunter Museum of American Art. You can not take pictures in their, but we still had a very good time. Walking down the stairs in the old building we bumped into my mother who volunteers there on Fridays. After wards we got a nice breeze and decided to take afternoon tea on the patio at Rembrandt’s coffee shop.
We watched a couple of movies at the theater and christened a new Starbucks. All in all, a good time was had by all.
PS. If you want to see some of the pictures from the Aquarium, a couple are up on my photoblog and several more are up on my Flickr account.

Hey Jared, nice adventure it sounds like. I have not got to go see the penguins yet. I’m the guy you meet in Wolf Camera the other day. It was nice to meet someone who was very knowledgeable about photography around here. Also nice work on the site! Everything looks great. You should email me some links and tips to get started on one for myself.
Later, Kyle-
